Tan Son Nhat Petrol Commercial Joint Stock Company (TAPETCO) intends to sell a quantity of off-spec Jet A-1 fuel that does not meet aviation fuel specifications.

In order to find capable partners and select a suitable buyer, the Company is pleased to announce and invites interested and qualified parties to submit purchase offers for the off-spec Jet A-1 fuel, with the following details:

1. Product condition: Off-spec Jet A-1 fuel, not meeting aviation fuel specifications.

2. Estimated quantity:

• Estimated volume: 8,200 litres.

• The invoiced volume will be the actual volume confirmed by both parties at the time of handover and recorded in the Delivery and Receipt Record.

3. Delivery method and location:

• Delivery method: The Buyer collects the fuel directly from the off-spec fuel tank at the TAPETCO depot.

• Location: Fuel Depot – Military Gate A75/70 Bach Dang, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

• All costs and responsibilities for pumping, transportation, vehicles and personnel required for collection shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Quotation requirements:

• Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND).

• The purchase price shall be quoted per actual litre, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees and related costs in accordance with the law and the transaction terms.

• The quotation must clearly state the unit purchase price, the estimated total value, payment terms and delivery conditions.

5. Quotation deadline: Before 15:00 on 04/11/2026.

6. Quotation validity: At least 30 days from the quotation deadline.

7. Submission: Please send a soft copy of your quotation, signed by an authorised representative and password-protected, to the following email addresses:

The Petrolimex listed price is the Diesel 0.05S-II price including VAT, applicable to Region I at the time of delivery, as announced by Petrolimex.

Expected volume: 50,000 – 80,000 actual litres per month.

Payment method: invoices issued per delivery batch.

Payment within 15 days from receipt of the complete payment dossier.

Delivery method: delivery at the TAPETCO depot.

Hong Mong Depot – Cam Ranh Depot at Cam Ranh International Airport.

Dung Quat Refinery – Da Nang Depot (TAPETCO) at Da Nang International Airport.

To have a basis for reviewing and selecting a suitable carrier, TAPETCO kindly requests your company to send a quotation for Jet A-1 fuel transportation on the above routes, clearly stating the unit freight rate (per litre or m³ at 15°C) and the validity period of the quotation.
