Selling price to TAPETCO = Petrolimex listed price – Discount

In which:

The Petrolimex listed price is the Diesel 0.05S-II price including VAT, applicable to Region I at the time of delivery, as announced by Petrolimex.

Discount: as proposed by your company.

Expected volume: 50,000 – 80,000 actual litres per month.

Payment method: invoices issued per delivery batch.

Payment within 15 days from receipt of the complete payment dossier.

Delivery method: delivery at the TAPETCO depot.

Quotation deadline: before 8:00 AM on 07/07/2026.

Cat Lai Depot (Ho Chi Minh City) – Cam Ranh Depot at Cam Ranh International Airport.

Hong Mong Depot – Cam Ranh Depot at Cam Ranh International Airport.

Dung Quat Refinery – Da Nang Depot (TAPETCO) at Da Nang International Airport.

To have a basis for reviewing and selecting a suitable carrier, TAPETCO kindly requests your company to send a quotation for Jet A-1 fuel transportation on the above routes, clearly stating the unit freight rate (per litre or m³ at 15°C) and the validity period of the quotation.

Tan Son Nhat Petrol Commercial Joint Stock Company (TAPETCO) is pleased to announce the sale of a quantity of Jet A-1 fuel following the cleaning and commissioning of the tank system at Phu Quoc International Airport, as follows:

1. Fuel lot details:

• Volume: 24 m³

• Origin: Jet A-1 fuel after cleaning and commissioning.

• Delivery terms: delivery at the DDS depot – Phu Quoc International Airport.

2. Registration deadline

Interested parties are kindly requested to send their proposed purchase price to TAPETCO before 16:00 on 21/10/2025.
